Principle Duties & Responsibilities

• Cold call, Cold Visit
• Generate appointments and meet decision maker
• Generates and processes new sales leads as necessary
• General Visit to existing customer.
• Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise
• Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format
• Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product
• Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales manager
• Arranges appointments with clients and sales team/sales support/ sales manager
• Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
• Updates all contact information for clients

Skills

• Ability to read, interpret and accurately respond to technical specifications related vision system.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal personnel, Sales manager and customers.
• Knowledge of industry engineering standards and capabilities.
• Good oral and written communications skills; able to provide succinct and accurate technical communications.

  3. Create and document software tools required by other developers.

• Educational Qualification : BE / BCA / MCA
• Skills : C #, WPF winform, .net Strong analytic and problem solving skills
• Exp Level : 2-5 years

Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare concept design/layout. Discuss the client requirement with project team. Identify the requirement of resources for development of new product. Provide support in preparation of estimate. Prepare presentation of product design/layout. Give presentation to client.
• Identify required resources & quantity of material required for new product. Get the current material rate, labour cost and overhead expenses.
• Consider best value proposition & procurement options. Conduct meeting with project team, design and development department to get the inputs on cost and estimate. Submit estimate to Management for approval. Consider suggestions and finalize estimate for new product development. Ensure profitability in the estimate as per Management guidelines.
• Provide guidance and support to project team during development of sample. Monitor the development process. Coordinate with client during development and trail process. Develop samples as per client requirement. Conduct testing and trials on the sample product. Verify working and quality parameters against the design and technical specifications.
• Prepare documents related to sample products. Submit sample to client. Coordinate with business development team and client to understand queries related to sample. Make improvements in sample as per client suggestions.

Skills

• SPM & Automation knowledge, Calculations, Designing and Drafting
• Knowledge on Solidworks, SolidEdge, Autocad, Catia, MS Office
• Good oral and written communications skills; able to provide accurate technical communications.
• Excellent presentation skills

Job Responsibilities :

• To diagnose and troubleshoot customer technical problems, Install and provide machine training to customer, Handle customer complaints and prepare reports on customer issues.
• Resolve customer issues either using remote access or by visiting on site.
• Communicate customer via SMS, Call, e-mail.
• Properly escalate customer issues with respective department and monitor it and close the loop with customer.
• Verify/Crosscheck the trials reports of the machine submitted by respective department.
• Conduct trials on behalf of customer and Verify/Crosscheck the machine as per FAT (Final Acceptance Testing) Document /KOM/ Client Requirement DOC.
• Prepare trial report of the machine and highlight the concern to respective department.
• Perform Installation and commission of machine at client side after successful FAT.
• Provide training and trials to customer.
• Provide services, AMCs, Spare to customer to increase company revenue.
• Generate new enquiries and properly escalate it to sales depart.
• Maintain Customer related data.

Skills
